Summer Fun
Are you ready for some Summer Fun. Well I am! And at Crescent Avenue we want to invite the community to join us. All of you remember our Mission?
This summer we want to connect with the community all summer. The best way to do that is to invite them to our church for some fun, food and music. So here is how:
On three Friday evenings we are going to invite the community to be on our parking lot for music (the church band will be playing and leading music), food and a movie. Before the movie starts we will be having fun activities for the children (a bounce house, some carnival games and playing on the playground) and then a family friendly movie.
Then in September we will invite the community to the parking lot on Sunday afternoon for our annual Block Party.

To make this a success we need all of you to help. We need people on the lot to serve food, play games, talk to our neighbors and be friendly. If we all pitch in we can make a difference in lives.
Plus we need donations to help with the cost of the summer events.
We have already donated our own Bounce Castle for us to set up each evening and an outdoor screen and projector. So all we need is the food.
I have included a list of things which will need to be donated or purchased.
