Paths to Quality is a voluntary system created to improve the quality of child care and early education for children, which gives parents the tools to find the best quality program for their family’s needs and support and recognizes providers on a four-level rating systems. The program has been studied and validated by the Child Development and Family Studies experts at Purdue University. This system is the first and only child care rating system in the state! Level 4 – National AccreditationLevel 4 programs are the highest rated programs and have demonstrated a commitment to the highest level of professionalism in high quality child care—achievement of a nationally recognized accreditation. Level 4 programs are managed by a provider or director who has volunteered to provide mentoring to others in the field. About Paths to QualityThe system identifies 4 levels of quality.
